6. What should I do if I received defective item.
Kindly take pictures of the defective area and send it to us. We will gladly replace it with the same value item and will be ship to you with no shipping charge. If refund are requested, a refund of the purchase price will be issued within three (2) business days.
7. What is your return policy?
Item must be return within 10 days from the day you received it.
I will gladly exchange it for you with the same or lower value items. For higher value items, you have to pay the different. You are required to remit the shipping and handling to ship the exchange item back to you. If refund are requested, a refund of the purchase price will be issued within three (2) business days for the safe return of the item. Shipping & handling charges are non refundable.
