1. Do you have a printed catalog?
No. We do not offer printed catalog, due to the dynamic nature of the inventory where most of the items are unique and one of a kind.

2. How do I send inquiries and get prices information for wholesale?
Email us your interested products along with the quantity and location. We will respond with the prices for specific items that you are interested in. Min order for wholesale must be more than 10pcs

3. What if I am looking for a specific product that are not displayed on your website?
Not everything we have are displayed on the site. If you have a specific products, colors, prints in mind, email us with the description and also photos if available. We might have it, in our stock or we might know exactly where to source for it.

4. The shipping cost is not stated for my country?
Email us anytime with your quantity in mind and your location and we will respond back with your shipping cost.

6. What should I do if I received defective item.
Kindly take pictures of the defective area and send it to us. We will gladly replace it with the same value item and will be ship to you with no shipping charge. If refund are requested, a refund of the purchase price will be issued within three (2) business days.

7. What is your return policy?
Item must be return within 10 days from the day you received it. I will gladly exchange it for you with the same or lower value items. For higher value items, you have to pay the different. You are required to remit the shipping and handling to ship the exchange item back to you. If refund are requested, a refund of the purchase price will be issued within three (2) business days for the safe return of the item. Shipping & handling charges are non refundable.
